From Misawa Airport, visitors can take the airport shuttle bound for Misawa Station and get off at Misawa Station. Then, transfer to the bus towards Towada and alight at Kanchogaidori stop, which is a mere five-minute walk from the museum. The total travel time is approximately 30 minutes. Alternatively, a shared taxi service from Misawa Airport to the Towada Art Center provides a convenient and reasonable transportation option.
If you prefer driving, take the expressway from Aomori Station, then transfer to the toll road and Route 4 towards Towada. Get off at Shimoda Momoishi Interchange (IC) and continue on Route 102 to reach the museum in about 30 minutes. Visitors arriving from Tokyo or Morioka can take the airport shuttle from Misawa Airport to Misawa Station, then board the bus bound for Towada at a designated stop. From Hachinohe, follow a similar route, taking the airport shuttle to Misawa Station and then transferring to the bus.
